How to remove interior trim?

I've been unable to find a guide for removing the interior dash trim pieces from my F13 M6. My plan is to run a couple of wires for my radar detector and remove mute button, etc... On my E92 M3, the main horizontal trim piece just popped out, but on the F13 I really have no idea what to do. I very much do NOT want to damage anything on this car

Consider getting a one-day ($30) subscription to BMW's Tech Info System and you will find all the info you need.
