I have same winters. Put in 20mm spacers on rears to get better looking stance. These were way too narrow inside the wheel well. Made huge difference. Can't tell from these photos if you have done that. |

Also, I think the wheels are too wide for the tyres, they are 9J which means the rim and tread are in exact alignment leaving the side wall vertical with no curb protection at all. If they had been 8.5J they would have fitted the tyres better IMO. Next set of winters will be 265 all round! Back to the spoiler, have you had the opportunity to see if water pools on the trunk lid due to the spoiler, or does it flow around the sides? |

I agree on tires, but they are winters,so not too worried. Didn't need to put ny on front and front still looks out a bit more. Lost when's 25 in back, but satisfied.
I have not noticed water run of pattern yet. But I washed car I did not notice any build up which I think I would have. You want me to run a test? |

I'm waiting for a couple of things:
- I'd like to see Mr-Karims pictures. - My car has a full clear wrap, I need to investigate what's involved in fitting a spoiler. |

I'm thinking about installing the spoiler on my SMB GC but I wonder if it will look good. Anyone has a picture of SMB with spoiler fitted ?

You fully wrapped your car in clear 3m? How did it go? I was always thinking about it, by didn't know if anyone have actually done it.

Yes, the car is fully wrapped in Xpel Ultimate.
Is it invisible? No, you can see the edges of the film in places, but you have to look quite closely. You can see them more clearly if the car is wet and under bright light. Would I recommend it? Absolutely, yes. The shape of the F06 throws up quite a bit of road dirt both on the sides and the rear (spoiler may change the rear), without a wrap you'll have to be exceedingly careful not to scratch the paint. Also, the plastic bumper and front wings will probably chip very easily, I've seen people complain that their 10,000 mile car looks like a 50,000 mile car because of stone chips. Compared to my Carbon Black E39 M5, which shows every tiny mark, it's quite liberating not to have to be quite so OCD about keeping cloths, wash mitts etc. that are used to wash the car 100% clean. |

I still only wash the car by hand and you have to be careful with pressure washers as they can cause the film to lift. Cost was £5.5K including thicker clear film on the lights.

That solves a lot of problems with scratchy paint colors. I've seen people wrap their phones, laptops but cars... You're a crazy man
