Jack pad adapter for pinch welds?

Hi,

My wife has an Infiniti and it has pinch welds jack points. I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good adapter for my jack so when I jack up the car it is secure and won't bend the rail....

Thanks in advance!

Use the search but I read about people modifying hockey pucks.

I use these. They're firm enough that they don't squish or move, but also soft enough that they don't scratch the paint around the frame rails.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...ilpage_o02_s00

I have the identical TMB gray ones for my wife's Mazda. I only wish they were a little bigger in diameter, but they worked well.

(I originally tried to modify a hockey puck, but didn't have the right tools so it didn't come out great, so I just ordered the ones above).

I've done the style like above on previous cars. But they have some heavier duty ones that insert into the jack too (https://www.amazon.com/Saddle-Adapte.../dp/B01N1ID2KZ) more secure if you are going higher.

I used the berger tuning ones on my 350z, they worked well.

I simply took my dremel to a hockey puck & made the proper size slit in the center.
