Help with vibration in my steering wheel while braking

I am having a continuing problem with significant pulsing vibrations in my 2013 F13 M6 steering wheel while applying light to medium braking pressure at 40+ mph. My dealership has already tried to resolve this problem a few times, first adjusting and than replacing my brakes (standard not carbon ceramic). I now suspect the problem might be in the steering linkage, the steering wheel, or the actuator in the steering wheel that causes vibration when blind spot or lane change functions are used. The vibrations feel like the vibrations experienced with the first generation anti-lock brakes.

Anyone experiencing similar issues, and/or have any solution? Your help would be appreciated.

did the dealer replace both your rotors and pads? Or just Pads? Sounds like you have warped Rotors.

Dealer replaced rotar and pads, hence my thought it is something else.
