CPO program downgraded to 1 year
After purchasing my CPO F06 in January, I went shopping for a 428i GC for my wife and was surprised to find that BMW CPO now only offers 1 year/unlimited mileage coverage. I thought the 2 years 50k coverage was great but now I am not so sure that I am going with BMW. She liked the E400 coupe better but I convinced her that the BMW CPO was superior. Now that BMW changed their tune I don't have a good argument anymore.
Great job BMW for killing the one thing that put you well above other CPO programs. </RANT>.

Supposedly they will drop the price of the cars along with the fact that you get less warranty. I'm seeing them do that here locally, at least. Then you have the option to buy an additional year, or two and get you back up to what the original CPO was. But trust me, this works in the advantage of the dealership, not us buyers.
