Pop your center cap out and rinse inside to see if that helps. Almost looks like it's rust from your hub that is running out of the center cap. The hub will rust. FYI, make sure to use a white lithium or similar lube on your wheel hub when you install your wheels. Otherwise, you will get them "locked" together. Especially in cold climates.

As above, it's not the wheel it's the hub.
These were mine after just a few months before I cleaned them up and coated them in copper grease. |
