Real carbon fibre wrap vs 3M carbon fibre Vinyl Wrap?

Hey Guys,

As I am thinking about to do some upgrades for my vehicle exterior and interior with some carbon fibre accents, I did some researches and the result is I can not understand the differences between the real carbon fibre wrap and the 3M carbon fibre Vinyl wrap which is used by most wrapper in Canada.

Can anybody tell me what are the differences between them?
If they are different, where can I get the real carbon fibre wrap to be done?
