Dinan tune too limiter for M6

Does anyone know if the dinan state 2 tune for the M6 removes the top limiter?

It doesn't as it isn't a tune on the ECU, just a piggy back.

I honestly don't think the car is limited to 155... I was in Mexico a few months back and hit 165 and car was still pulling before I let off.

This car doesn't have an artificial limiter from the factory. It's been tested many times. BMW may say they have one, but the car really doesn't.

why is it that Mexico is the only reported place that has long straight deserted roads to test top speed? My biggest fear is hitting an armadillo crossing the road at 200 MPH

I suspect you were going to hit 200 even before the tune. It's just that you hit 200 earlier after the tune due to the added HP. 500 HP on 4000 lbs will get you to 200 MPH for most cars.

167 is the exact speed i hit with my top down in mexico today..
