opinion requested

currently in the market for a 640xi convertible.
2014 or 2015.
must haves:
m-sport edition (sports seats, heads up, etc.)
harmon karden stereo
digital dash
led lights

wants: Driver Assistance Package and BO stereo

spotted a 2015 that has never been titled. less than 500 miles.
manufacture date is 11/14
does NOT have the driver assistance (blind spot, lane departure, side cameras)

My concerns - car has been sitting a long time! -
do i need to worry about rotors and brakes?
do i need to worry about the oil?
does the battery need to be replaced?
will BMW still provide the normal warranty? 4/50k

How vital is the drivers assistance package?? Wife is leaning towards passing on this car due this missing option. Very concerned with blind spots.

So far.. have not a car the matches exactly.. we can wait for the proper car.. but I doubt there are many 2015 with less than 1k miles.

Price - about !0% more than most others examples found
