Meisterschaft axle back drone

i installed the meisterschaft axle back a while back and the drone at 2-2.5k rpm is quite annoying, do you think if i get the rest of the exhaust the drone will be louder or less ?

Do you have the adjustable valve control setup?

Eisenmann

Note , axle back sport and race have no drone at those RPMs due to the active noise control that is apart of the system. Yes it is worth the additional 500.00

Full exhaust won't get rid of it but if you buy the valve control option you can close the valves and eliminate the drone during casual cruising or steady highway driving. Then when you want to drive aggressive and keep the rpms above 2200 you won't have drone either way.

This is accurate. When I have wife and kids in car or a hangover or I just want to be civilized, valves stay closed. No drone. When Im feeling racy, valves open, M mode is engaged and its like your driving a different car. Definitely worth the extra money for the valves
