Can the idrive interface be updated?

I have a 2014 M6 GC and I have been driving around a 2017 330xi for the past week and I really like the layout of the idrive system on this car. The colors and fonts are much more appealing and go with the color of the car more to me. Any tips would greatly be appreciated.

It's not possible unless you swap out the hardware. If you do swap out the hardware you'll then lose out on ConnectedDrive features as the new hardware is not tied to your VIN.
