Anyway, all joking aside, welcome! You may already know this, but the weekend of 9 August there is a BMW gathering near Four Corners at Pagosa Springs. I was going to be the only 335d there, but since I may not be going you may have the carry the flag. 8-)
I will definitely be making many trips to flagstaff in this car! Love that place

Wow. That is gorgeous. Finding a 335d with M-Sport is liking finding a needle in a haystack. I've been looking for a few months here on the East coast and I'm having trouble even finding one with just the Sport package. What did you pay for it if you don't mind us knowing. Thanks and congrats.

Get PLASTI DIP and paint them yourself the bottle of Spray costs around 10 bucks if you get the grill it will cost you over $100. I did my lower grey grills with it and looks great , the GREAT thing about PLASTI DIP is that all you have to do is PEEL IT off once your tired of the color!! Will post pics soon!!

Did you just spray it without taking off the lower grey grille pieces or put some kind of covering behind it?

I did not remove the grey grills i added painters tape around the area and started spraying it , the good thing about plasti dip is that it doesnt run like ordinary paint, so you can go a little heavy on it w/o runining, but if your going to spray in other visible areas i suggest you take your time on it ok!!

But what I meant was if you're spraying through the grilles, doesn't the plasti-dip come in contact with whatever is behind it? Is there even anything important behind the grilles?

I checked it out and you're right. My buddy said that it's a bad idea to spray directly since the plasti-dip will come in contact with the intercooler but I can clearly see even from your pic that the intercooler only covers the center lower grille. Planning to do this real soon. Thanks PR!
