touch up paint recommendations

long story short a bum kicked a glass bottle and it hit my m6 and gave it a good gash. i need to get some type of touch up paint, but bmw doesn't sell tanzanite blue touch up paint. anyone know where i can get some that matches?

I'm sorry man , because of the type of metallic paint , touch up paint will not match well at all . I'm afraid it will need professional help / repainting of the panel .

yeah, i'm a little hesitant to do that. i would rather have the little gash not match than a whole door slightly off...

yeah, tell me about it. i usually park in a garage but this one time i got lazy and parked it on the street for a few minutes.

MAN I HATE WHEN THAT $HIT HAPPENS

Really good body shops will not do the entire door but blend just the litte are ... Had a similar gash in the Diamond White Designo paint on my 2015 S63 ... took it to a VERY reputable shop (owned by the German Auto Import network here .. own all the German dealership on Vancouver island) and they did an amazing job ... couldn't see where the damage was or the blending in ... do your research and you will be fine!

My case was damage during a service visit ... Three Point Mercedes and GAIN took care of it ... looked like nothing ever happened even in the sun

Other option ... Do a wrap

yeah, i'm probably going to wrap it either way anyway which is why i'm not so worried about it.
