Plenty members have this installed. It's basically a remote control for your exhaust's valves. Can be operated from the provided remote or programmed to the garage door opener keys on your car's rear view mirror. Works with your stock exhaust as well as aftermarket EV controlled exhausts. The idea is to give you the ability to open the valves even when the car isn't being driven hard enough for the car to decide they should be opened. You can search the forum and find plenty information on it.

It is SO worth it!!! I always turn it on when I drive, makes the exhaust way louder!

Thanks a lot Mr. Karim. Did you program it to your garage door opener in the car? I have read thats what people do. So you have to turn it on every time you start the car? Good to know. Im pumped to get it and install it.

Love it. Coded to my garage door opener. Need to activate with each start of the engine. Cold start with the valves open is better than any cup of coffee.

Hey guys new to the forums just got a 2015 m6 coupe competition package and i want to have the option of opening the valves. My car is a lease and i don't want to do anything to possibly affect my warranty and i was wondering if the exhaust meister would be noticeable when i take my car in for service? (Codes etc) If the device has any other affect on the car besides making it louder. Mainly I'm asking if there is a reason BMW puts the valves on the car or if the only reason is to make it quieter. I don't want to do something that can adversely affect the car and in turn void my warranty but i do want to get some more sound from my exhausts. Also does anyone know if its compatible with the 2015 comp package exhaust system? Thanks so much to everyone and i look forward to speaking with you guys more!

Can someone help me install the exhaust meister in the F06. I am having trouble dislodging the trunk liner from the body of the rear quarter panel in the rear driver side trunk.

Explanation (if it makes sense):

I have all the plastic pull pins removed from the rear driver side trunk liner removed, but the inner lining will not separate from the body of the car.

Are there additional pins which need to be removed? And did you remove the trunk closer plastic ledge where the trunk lid rests on the car when the trunk is closed (has the metal points for the trunk bumpers when closing). I'm hoping that isn't necessary.

Thanks,
H
