Software update report
Hey folks here,
long time I never wrote any post, I was extremely busy, but I just get a chance to have some free time this week. As my car's system show the 360kms left for the oil change (on the system, brake pads also just left 2800kms) I brought my car to the dealer this morning requested oil change and some inspections. I mentioned there are some harsh shifts with the transmission of my 650gc sometimes and there are some strong vibration when idling. Dealer updated software for me (I lost all my codings now). WOW, I just can say wow. It's an amazing experience. I am feeling I am driving a brand new car now. 1. the engine is quieter than before and all vibration has gone. 2. the transmission is so smooth now in comfort model and in sport it shifts more aggressive. 3. the steering wheel also seems tighter than before and the adjustable range has been increased. For some individuals have vibration problems I would suggest you guys to go to dealer have a software update. It makes huge differences. Since now, I own an real ultimate driving machine and I think I will not regret my purchase anymore.

Yes. Steve. I am back to the post now. Ah... and I have installed the BMS N63tu stage 1 today, car feels so good now. I cannot wait to drive it again.
BTW, i went service in BMW Autohaus, first time got a nice 528 loaner from dealer. I am happy with this too and had a chance sit in a LCI m5, wow, I love the feeling of siting at the driver seat of a m5. It might be my one of my options of my next car. M5 is really a nice car. My 650GC is also awesome too. |

Jeff,
How come you went to Autohaus for service ? You dealt with Prem Patel ? If so, he is the only nice SA there. with the stage 1 added, your GC has the similar power as the M5, no need to consider it for the next car. Damn, you now got power & luxury. Quote:

Right now, I am really enjoy this car now. It is beautiful, stunning, and powerful. Ah... the EDC also seems work better than before, I can feel the body roll during fast cornering hass been reduced. I just love this car. For the m5, I had a chance sit in there, the seat is so comfortable and soft. Comparing the seat in m5, mine feels like a bench in the park. Mine is too hard for my personal taste. Sitiing in a m5 is just like sitting on a sofa. |

BMS Stands for Burger motor sport, it is a tuning shop located in States. So the story is I did software update with dealer , so I got some issues been fixed. Also, I added the juicebox to my car and right now my car runs perfect. |
