Do 6ers come with tinted glass from the factory?

'Sun Protection Glass' is a factory fit option. Not film though, the glass is tinted and UV ray polarised.

Yes they are, about 70% VLT if I remember correctly.

This is why when you tint you car, you have to take into account the factory tint: measured with a tint meter by a LEO, the tint will be darker than the film selected/ applied to the glass.
