Anyone use BMW REMOTE APP?

I think it's pretty handy.

Love it for nav instructions as Google Maps + Send to Vehicle is a pretty cool feature. I find it infinitely better than messing with iDrive (if I don't have a specific address).

I haven't played with the other features much over the last few months, but I found the honk, lights, etc. took an inordinate amount of time of happen after sending the request. I suppose the unlock feature would be helpful if locked out (but the car pretty well protects against this), but I'm curious if that would be faster than calling BMW Assist and having them do it. I haven't cared enough to bother to try. lol.

Despite this, it's worthy of some of the 64 GB of space on my phone for the Google Maps feature alone.

Where do I get the username & password for the BMW remote app? Also will it work outside US, Canade & UK
