Warranty is intact for original purchaser only for all Dinan products.

Warranty is transferable only on the original vehicle of installation. So not in this instance. Yes this is comp package version.

No. You would have to purchase the software again.
Your vehicle information will be changed and added to have the full warranty available for you.
