Looks like a plexiform neurofibroma in a patient with neurofibromatosis.
Complete resection is difficult, and surgery is usually reserved for when they are problematic for the patient. Of course, maybe he just didn't notice it, and his buddy said 'hey, maybe you should get that looked at'. |

like it's not costing money to remove that shit. and you think it only cost few cents? not a lot ppl can affort this type of operation. life is not fair to him already, ppl.
