Don't know, didn't ask. They told me $600 for everything and I was happy with it.

**** I meant muffler not diffuser when talking about the pipes

Question for all of you (and sorry if too dumb): is the M Sport diffuser we have installed from factory just primed and not painted?

Thanks for all the info Glina!
It looks like black glossy plastic. It looks like black paint with clear coat on it but it's not.

Yes, definitely doesn't look like it's painted.

I'd still would like to know what the options are for the tips as I'm located in FL and will have to work with a local shop to have mine done... anyone with info about options for quad tips for the 640i?

Call ONEighty and order from them. I don't know where they got those dual tips from but you won't find it that easy in that size (6-6.5 inches) The problem is that the muffler is very close to the rear bumper and you have only about 5 inches to play with. You need the inlet of the tip to be 2.5 inches and most of the tips that I found were 10-12 inches long. You want the tips to be very short so they don't stick too far out. The tips that I got were about 6-6.5 inches long and we still had to cut the 3/4 of the single inlet pipe.

Looks good. I would do it to my 640 but I'm not sure its worth the time and $600 in parts and labor to go from single to dual tips.

My friend but where you going to put that second M6 tip on, if 640 has only one pipe(tip) coming out of the muffler? I think you could do that with 650 mufflers but not 640
