Dinan Stage 2 issues
Well I just learned that if you don't properly unplug the Dinan piggyback box for the stage 2 kit it will cause a malfunction. The rep at PSI mistakenly unplugged it incorrectly when he was coding the car causing a drivetrain error with the following codes. (Happened the next day when accelerating hard on an on-ramp.)
121001 Charging pressure sensor 1, electrical: Short circuit to B+ 119001 Rail pressure sensor 1, electrical: Short circuit to B+ 104401 Absolute pressure sensor, intake pipe, electrical: Short circuit to B+ 120308 Charging pressure control 1, plausibility: Pressure too low 120408 Charging pressure control 1, deactivation: Pressure build-up blocked The Dinan rep said try spraying the connectors with electrical spray then reconnecting, but that didn't work. Any input would be greatly appreciated. I am suffering from power anxiety without the stage 2 tune!!! lol Thanks in advance!!

This happened to my car when they flashed the stage 1 to stage 2 update (coding). I got the exact same errors and the only solution was a brand new dinan computer that was recoded. Harness was fine. Spraying the contact solution made very little difference. But in the end they changed everything and that fixed it.

Solution to the problem!
After some troubleshooting at the Dinan dealer, they found that incorrectly unplugging/plugging in the Dinan ECU damaged the PWM (pulse width modulation) driver in the ECU that controls the solenoid for the wastegates. This basically directed the OEM ECU not to produce boost causing the car to act as a naturally aspirated V8, thus the lack in power I was experiencing.
The fix was a new Dinan ECU. Lesson Learned is that if you ever want to handle Dinan stage 2 equipment you MUST follow the correct protocol or you WILL damage the system. Now to enjoy 650lb-ft. of torque!!
