Spacers

I know I need spacers since my wheels are too recessed in the arches, but have no clue what size I need front and back.

Pics attached, please tell me what spacers I need to buy.

So, 12mm front a 15mm rear? Apart from PCD, is there anything else I need to spec the spacers correctly?
