Drivetrain Malfunction help
Hi everyone,
I recently had someone take over my M6 lease. The car was running beautifully, and then I shipped it to the new owner, and it took around 10 days to arrive to him on the east coast. They took the car down from the lift and now it says drivetrain malfunction. Do you think it's the battery because it wasn't on for that long?

Without a scan of the ECU...the options are endless so to speak.
Any OBD reader will pull the codes from the ECU's to see what its doing. For a battery related issue..how did the car start ? Was it a very weak start or did was the battery dead and they jump started the car? |
