Anyone put H&R sings on a 2012 650i xdrive convertible? any issues? most sites say they cannot guarantee fit.

I would call H&R directly, get the exact part number and order it. Have a shop install it, if there are any issues it will be on H&R but most likely there won't be any problems if you go that route.
