Strange whistling noise at occasions..
Ok, here is a new one.
I get this strange high pitch whistling noise about once a week. I have recorded it here, where it was rather loud. It's not always this loud and will go away by itself. Any ideas please. Car 640d 2016 Everything is almost stock. https://youtube.com/shorts/0a8Fa0mQG...sp2_bjDsKwXbrB |

Difficult to hear but it could be a vacuum leak.

is it the noise in the video below? if so, related to the valve attached to the valve cover. most prevalent while auto start stop is active, and just before the car turns off. cheers |
