Comfort Access Issues ?

For over two years my 640i GC Emola Red with black interior comfort access does not work properly when switching drivers. Many times the side seat buttons must be pressed to get the seats in the correct position. Sometimes ok but often not when we switch drivers. Profile name changes correctly but seats and less frequently mirrors do not move to the proper position for each driver. Any one else experience comfort access issues ? It has been "repaired" multiple times by the dealer including CAS module, seat module, door handles and both fobs.
