Look for a shop that is local to you so you can work with that shop to get the tune that you want. Always easier to work that way when it's local, dealing with someone in another state or country can end up being a nightmare if anything goes wrong.

Bunch of OBDI flash tunes came out. BPM, Active Auto etc

Tune depends on who you want to work with.
