He is talking about the new 2016MY. In 2015, they are going to bring in the new styling. 2015MY is still the same.

New rims on the red non-M Sport vert shown above? Looks like the same 373M on that DSB metallic M Sport blue behind it.

Overall looks like pretty minor external changes, which is good for us with a 12-15 model.

Hope those rims on the red cabriolet are part of the line, now...striking!

I agree really don't see much of a pop, maybe it's the camo doing it's thing, but appears minor at best.

That would be in line with the 5 series LCI - even a trained eye has a hard time picking out a 5er LCI taillights. Headlights are a bit easier, and front bumper updates were very minor - difficult to spot.

There's really not much to improve on in the looks department with the 6 series. It's still pretty darn stunning and has the best interior of any BMW IMO.

I think I finally see what changed. The circles in the headlight are a bit squintier.

Is that a turn signal on the side view mirror cover?

Agreed. It looks like the halos no longer go full circle. They come around from 12:00 to 9:00 and them break off, so to speak.

It sure appears so. That might explain the change to the fender treatment. No need for two side indicators.

Good eyes, guys.

I am also wondering if they incorporated the turn signal into the eyebrow of the headlight instead of at the bottom. If you look at the bottom, it appears to be covered with camouflage, which you wouldn't think they could do driving around on the roads. The top portion of the housing appears to be a little bit different with more of a metallic piece at the top than the current models.

Was thinking about the same thing too. I'm now wondering what will go where the old turn signal was!

Flame throwers would be a cool touch. But I think the M guys would be jealous if we got that option first.

I disagree. Look real closely. I think there may be a larger eyebrow to accentuate the "chop top" angle eyes. But the outboard light is larger and dips into the space currently occupied by the turn signal, which therefore, is now shortened towards the inboard side. Notice how the camo on the headlight turns upward between the two rings. The camo on the turn signal seems to be a couple of thin strips to allow the light through.
