Could you please use your m6 powers and tell BMW to get me back to 150 so we can start having an idea of when in the summer we can all meet? I've been back to 112 and been given so many different excuses from the gas guzzler, to now the Opal white leather needing approval as well due to how "rare" the build is as a whole (the paint, interior and transmission)

My CA even asked me if I was prepared to make a larger deposit to show how serious I am to take it.

Not going to lie- I had a little arrogant moment and told him "sh!t, I'll pay it off now- lets just get the ball rolling!"

112 basically means in process of approval which normally takes 2 weeks or to change to 150 if you have an allocation spot already assigned/coming. 150 is approved and about to start production.

Meh, I'll be honest- I'm not upset on the money portion because I plan to pay for it upfront and the money is saved separately from all of my other accounts and I'm simply going to get a bank check and pay it the day I sign for it, or was. I don't mind doing it now.

I get it because it's as individual/special order as it gets. It's also the hardest combo to up keep (the frozen paint+ white full leather- you literally have to baby it and always have dr leather incase someone has on new jeans and stains the leather which you must clean immediately- I always carry white seat covers for people to sit on though) and the fact that's it's a 6 speed- it's as small of a niche market as it gets with an m6. Plenty of people could over look the frozen paint and white interior but as my CA said- the MT makes it a very hard sale so I guess they just want full commitment

WOW!! Still in 112 status? I am in 155 with a production completion date of 21APR15.
Hope you get a 150 "Production Started" status soon!
In any case, it will be WELL worth the wait for you!

Yeah I was warned about a good month or two delay because the car is a complete individual build.

I also last minute decided to add CCBs so fuck me right? I've got the frozen paint, Opal white leather, 6 spd mt AND CCBs against me.

Lol luckily I'm stacked with projects right now so I wouldn't be able to enjoy the car until late July/August. Otherwise I'd go insane with all the delays hahaha

Oh I see I understand that. The white interior with black dash board is great to look at. But like you said it sucks to maintain. I had a white interior X6M. It looked great, but corner of the seat had blue marks from my jeans.

BMW Encinitas always has M cars. I got my 5er from them but when I was trying to trade it in for an M6 GC, they really would not give me a deal, so I ended up getting my M6 out of state.

They have a 2014 Frozen Bronze M6 GC with opal white. 2700 miles. MSRP $138+. They were offering it for $108K. It's been for sale for the last 2 yrs. NADA and KBB were below their asking $, but they wouldn't negotiate. Plus they were giving me very little for my 5er. I told them I can't even buy a Honda accord for the $ they are offering me for my 5er. Anyways,...

We should organize a local SD/OC meet. Would love to meet some of the M6 owners here and see the mods.
