For the n63 engine, there are some tunes already. However, the real tune maybe just available from Dinan. (I am maybe wrong at this point).
Other tunes are just using some piggybacks manage the heat air and fuel mixtures.

For the flash reprogram, I think Dinan maybe is the only option, but I am may be wrong.
Just do some homework, hope you can find something out.

I found this which is interesting.

http://www.burgertuning.com/N63_Jb_B...nce_Tuner.html

"This plug and play tuner attaches to sensors in the engine bay and works with your factory DME tuning to remap your boost, timing, and fueling for optimal performance and reduced turbo lag. Power gains on an otherwise stock car are up to 25hp and 40tq to the wheels. Installation is very discrete and it quickly removes without a trace when needed. Fuel economy during normal driving is unchanged."

I just don't see dyno result for 2013+ engine.

No Neversummer, this one probably also like some piggybag or presstune. It is not the real tune, but I am may be wrong.

100% sure it is reverseble. I had it with my n55 and n54 cars.
The cost for your n63 may like around $ 4000.
But the output gonna be 501hp 580tq.

You are right, it is just plug n play. It works by retarding ECU and allowing extra boost. Reprogram is going to be much better. I just thought that I can use it to get by in the meantime.

Probably more because Dinan seems to have products only for 2011 and 2012 models. This new N63B44TU engine should see even more gain with newer valvetronic. Dinan makes exhaust for F12 and F13, and you can get stage 3 tune if you get both exhaust and software from them. May be it is best to hold off both engine and software until they offer something to get the most out of your engine.

Yes Neversummer,
Actually, I have contact Dinan several times, they do have the N63 flash remap for N63 engines, but they are still working on our N63tu engines. I have also asked about the output level we can expected. The representative answered like the output will be at least same as n63 remap.
Personally, I think we can expect around 530hp and 600+torque with dinan stage 2 for n63tu. According to BMW, they did not raise boost level of turbos, the only thing they did is just applying valvetronic to our engines. Dinan's remap will definitely increase boost of the turbos probably something around 16 to 18 psi.
I am just waiting for Dinan to release something for our cars, because I bout the car and thinking to keep it for a long time, the only tuner I can go is Dinan.

Yes, Neversummer, I heard the other forum member mlai from Hongkong has it with his 650gc. probably he also wrote a post before for the review of it.

I wrote another detailed post somewhere on this subject. The bottom line is that valvetronic is a throttleing system peroid. It cannot and does not raise HP. It is simply a way to control airflow into the engine. However, due to the way it controls that airflow, along with DI, it helps reduce emissions (and potentially improve consumption) which allowes BMW to change fuel, spark and boost mapping to acheive the ~45HP gain in the Tu engine, while still maintiaing the emission and economy targets

What Dinan is able to achieve with the Tu is yet to be seen. But since the bottom end of the Tu engine is the same as the N63, I wouldn't expect them to push it much harder.

I agree, the M model gets only 5 hp increases with newer valvetronic. I am also waiting out to see what aftermarket can do to this car plus cost.
