Called for bottom while SPX down 100 yesterday near open...said massive short term rally coming...we have rallied now pretty much 100 points off that low...I then said there will more selling to come after dead cat technical bounce...now we have sold off 50 points from todays intraday high.

We will be going down now ok?...

I see it going down around there within 9-12 trading days too.
Look at the intraday chart at the end. Very bearish relative to vol.

Depending on how international markets go tomorrow, you could see shorts being put on again at the open. It is getting close to end of the month, so people want to take their profits to put up good numbers.

I was buying and selling (and some trimming) nice volume into the close today.

Biggest clue is that yesterday's loss and Today's intraday move has been 1.5-2hr before market closed.

You may have to explain what Delta/gamma-hedging to others. I think mact3333 will probably understand it, because the math level is just slightly harder than Pharmacokinetics for physicians.

In the most simple terms possible, it means rebalancing your positions so they are adequately hedged. Such large movements require you to reposition to maintain your hedge.

By the way, I called this rally into the close today back in 2003. For my next prediction, the market will go down some day in the next 13 years.
