Basically I see the new M6 like an SLK that has become bigger in size with an updated front hid bulb end...

I hope that the final production M6 vert will not look like that.

Anyway, to each his own.
I actually have to agree with e92. I mean I can see it on the front but thats pretty much it.. The lights have a close resemblance to them. Also the front where the grill is looks similar except the BMW is more bumped out and the SLK goes in.. I don't know how to describe it but.. whatever.. lol

I'm disappointed the wing mirrors and the exhaust outlets/lower bumper weren't carried over from the 6er concept. Really liked those details. But overall great job Bmw. Bring on the M6!

Its hot - come on guys! Looks amazing and I think it is much more attractive then the current one. My only concern is driving dynamics and engine sound. The 550 I drove was just too disconnected for me.

Glad they made it soft top - no place to put the golf clubs when its a hard top

Thumbs down

I love the car! I wish it had the speakers from the concept, but otherwise it's stunning.

But I hate how BMW gives is non-LED front blinkers. You know they do that, just to wait until the facelift 3 years from now...

Every time I see those square exhausts I think Lexus. I can stomach that, but what the hell were they thinking with the front bumper? The color of the car is probably one of the worst ones to use in promo shots too. Why won't they ditch this horrible Platinum Bronze color already?

Pedestrian Safety Standards WTF.

I thought for once the head lights make it look like a MB SLK. Then it still did not look anywhere close to the signature 6 series, cat eyed front look.

Rest of it looks really slick.

All of the BMWs are starting to look same.

I really hope the production M6 will look better. I just can't get over the fact that it looks like an updated and bigger version of the R170 SLK's...
Hmmm, do i see any resemblance? Why, yes. Yes I do. Silver paint, 2 doors, 4 wheels, convertible top, German built.

It ends there.

damn this is Six (650i). I love the interior a lot, look very luxury well done BMW. It feel like it divided the driver and passenger (in a good way).

I think the front head light look too similar to the 7-series; look like the 7 got the top cut off and turn it to 6-series.

I don`t think it looks that good. The rear deck is too long. The coupe`s proportions seem more fluid.
