Here's an older film that I watched with my father last night-- we both really enjoyed it. It's a "clever" spy movie with a lot of good interaction between the actors.

"Spy Game" with Robert Redford & Brad Pitt. 2001.

Deep Water, ya, a bit controversial haha. Great casting choosing Ana, she is SO freaking annoying here but ofc the movie also required someone beautiful for her role. Ok, I'll leave it at that lol.

It may not be for everyone and that's fine. I personally prefer: Fantasy, SciFi, Action, in that order.
Allow me to also say, this type of film is definitely best served on the biggest screen and loudest system you can access! Even if it's a big screen TV and Sound bar.
Anyway.... Just WOW! It surpassed my expectations The best comparison is a combination of Star Wars and Dune. Which I see inspiration from. I can't wait for Chapter 2 coming this April.
Another thing worth mentioning: I recently upgraded my Subwoofer in my Dolby Atmos setup. The Dolby Mix of this movie is astonishing!

Saw it either Christmas day, or Tuesday. Definitely can't wait for the next chapter! Predictable theme, yet interesting curves and surprises.

Prediction: somebody important gets killed and Issa brings that person back to life.

Last night as we came into the kitchen my son and girlfriend-in-law were just starting Leave the World Behind. She restarted it, I had nothing better to do, and it was nice to sit with her and share something for a while. Didn't realize until she told me later that it was almost 3 hours we sat there. She obviously had seen it before, and knew to lower the audio at certain points.

I recognized Julia and Ethan pretty quick. She tried to call Ethan Kevin Bacon, and I laughed "Nah, but within 6 degrees" Little did I know then that it was only 2 degrees

Nothing spectacular, some very strange cinematic camera angles, but Julia is still as alluring as ever.

Got an email from Netflix listing movies they were removing from their play list. This one caught my eye: started watching it and realized I've seen it before. Worth watching again....

Just finished watching "The Boys in the Boat" with my wife and my family.

We all really enjoyed it and thought it was quite well done.

Very much recommended-- no violence, sex or swearing, but amazingly-- still a great movie.

I’ve just finished watching, again, one of my all time favourite movies.
Forgetting all the bullshit that comes with Tom Cruise he is exceptional in this.

We watched it, my wife loves sci-fi. It was ok but it felt like I was watching a B version of a Star Wars movie.

You were. It believe it was originally going to be a part of the Star Wars Universe but they scrapped that and Snyder went in this direction

For my high-octane Action fans, this is one of the best movies I've seen in recent memory!
It can be watched in English Dub also. Do NOT miss this movie....

This one was great too! I watched that just a few weeks before going to Finland. Took a walking tour and they brought up the word.
