I can't tell you how bright the original Depo V2 halogens are but I can say that my Depo V2's with morimoto upgraded xenon ballasts are very bright!

SC,

The coverage is insane. I feel like I have high beams on all the time. Definitely feel like it's HIDs with the halogens

Just got finished coding it myself. Having the AE as drl looks pretty damn nice. Apparently its super easy to code, change VERHALTEN_DRL_TFL from drl_h to drl_s in the FRM for e90 mid year 2007+
Clean bro. Show me a pic whenever you get a chance. I will be coding very soon my friend

Hi i'm new to the forum and i'm not so car literate. I am planning on converting my '08 328i standard halogen housings and i really like the look of these. Do these have any dark lines going down the middle of each headlight like this? And would i require error cancelers?

I bought a set of depo p90 headlights from fishcake321 on ebay (reputable seller and well known amongst the E90 community). I have no dark lines and no errors on my 08 328I. Just straight plug and play.

Just received my Depos headlights and the construction looks really good.
Will the AE's light up if I PNP it or do I need to get the Daeos harness?
Also wondering if the halogens have good output or do I need to go hid?
Got these from redcometm3 also.

Update: don't need the Daeos harness. It's PNP.

Hey guys I'm looking to get these fishcake depos but I have prelci ahl xenon currently. Is it worth losing the ahl feature to get these? And how difficult to wire?

I ordered these same ones. Did you have a problem with the high beams? On mines when I push the stalk forward to keep the high beams on, the dash indicator shows but the high beams don't come on. But flicking the stalk to flash people works. Weird

Any comments on the low beam pattern? Seems the pattern is narrower than the stock halogens.

Depo V2's E82 1er

Those lights look incredible, I have researched a lot of forums and done my research and the depo V2's look by far the best.

Few questions please:
1. Do you have to code the car or how is the standard set up?
Rings come on with sides or DRL??
On dipped beams the rings stay on?

If you have Xenon or HID upgrade this is now illegal so are they standard H7 halogen bulbs?

Lastly what's your overall opinion?

Three white cars in this thread so thought I'd throw a black one in. Just put mine on last weekend and I agree on neck breakers. No one really looked at my car before but now seems like they all do. They're so bright it's almost embarrassing😉😉😉 Coded out the corners with the bmwhat app too. Sorry about the iPhone pic but it's all I have and couldn't get the angel eyes to not wash out the headlight from all the light.

Where did you purchase your lights from?

I've been looking on ebay and fishcake321 has them for $479.93 and rlinesport has them for $289.99. Im not sure what the difference is between them since they look identical, so if you or anyone has any insight it would be much appreciated. Thanks!
