F12 convertible frond windows dead

Hello to the forum..i have a f12 and i after when i change the battery,the frond windows are dead.
the dtcs are 030015,003001c
.the relays in the frm when i push the switch the are not cliking.i try to reinitialise with insta but nothing,no clik.i connect autohex in the car and i see that frm has no vin number.i flash frm ,vin was back but stil nothing,after searching i found a site and they sent ,frm fix kit,i thing is hardware issue and they have the solution..does anyone have the same issue??
