Exhaust muffler options

Is there anything like an E92 OEM mod for a 640i? I want to make my exhaust a bit louder, but don't want to go for a full exhaust system, primarily because of warranty concerns.

What are the options? First prize would be a mod to the stock muffler - anything like that possible?

you can look it up the flap mod...its just a well placed zip tie or something along those lines
