Started to mod. But have a question
So I finally got around to doing some mods on my 640 GC.
This is what I’ve done so far. Blacked out the chrome around the windows. 20" Avant Garde 510 wheels (winter set up) 10mm spacer for the front wheel just to give a more flush look (not installed yet) ACM tune (downpipe will be installed this week. Then stage 2 tune) KW v2 coilovers After she’s driving the way I like. The next thing with be new wheels for the spring\summer. New exhaust (I really like the Meisterschaft, but that may change). And full M-sport bumpers and side. Maybe a lip on the trunk. But my question is this. I want to dial In the kw’s and for the life of me. I can’t figure out how to access the rear strut tower. I read that I may have to remove the rear seats. Can someone shed some light on this for me. Thanks all This is what it looks like now. A little low. But that’s a simple adjustment. Still a long way to go. And my bank account is not every happy. Last edited by Nice95gle; 11-12-2017 at 08:03 AM.. |

you have to fold the rear seat backs down, take apart/out the pillars that have the airbag plaque and the part of the rear deck to gain access to the rear top mounts. when i lowered the car, the rear was a bitch to do compared to the fronts.
