About a year ago when my 640ix Vert was brand new, I changed the door courtesy lights and the trunk light with LEDs from Burger Motor Sports. Yesterday as "She who must be Obeyed" was exiting the passenger side her door wouldn't close and there was a bit of a crunch
On the ground I found one of the LEDs.
Took the picture below and sent it to Burger asking if I could replace just the one. (Usually sold in pairs)
Jason responded almost immediately to my email and said they would just send me a new one ( I'll pay shipping)

Seriously! They reply so damn fast, and they offer amazing customer service. I had one of their tunes in my F10, and I didn't put it in a very good spot under the hood, apparently. So, I turn on the wipers one day and my car goes into limp mode. WTF?! Well, it turns out that the tune got pinched in the wiper mechanism and broke it to pieces. Terry at BMS sent me a new unit and only charged me shipping. He only asked that I send the board from the old unit back, if I still had it.

I honestly haven't worked with a company that has customer service like they do!!

Oh, and I've had to e-mail them with installation questions before...on the weekend...and, they always reply within 5 to 30 minutes. Seriously...they rock.
