Simple MOD questions
Could someone please tell me the following:
Where can I find painted reflectors for a 2015 650i gran sport M package? The only one's i could find say they are for non m sport bumpers What sized wheel spacers would I need in order to be aggressive as possible (flush as possible) while dropping with h&r springs and using the stock 20" 373M wheels? i can't seem to find any of these answers on the board. Thanks! |

Not too many people modify these cars so sometimes it's hard to find the answers you're looking for and then you end up with trial and error like me! I've been through sets of spacers and wheels to find the right fitment so I can tell you that 12mm spacers front and 15mm rear will be pretty aggressive after you lower the car on OEM wheels. Also make sure you get the extended bolts, and for the F12/13 the bolts are larger in diameter than the other series.
Painted reflectors from Turner Motorsports: http://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-17...640i-650i.aspx I would call them and order over the phone so they get you out the right part number for the M bumper |

Thanks Downfourit, so just to clarify, get 12mm front and 15mm rear for the F06 with extended bolts? I do not have a f12/13. |

I also just called Turner and they said they do not have the painted reflectors for the f06. Do you have the gran coupe and did you get them from there? If so, do you have a part #?

EDIT: Also, as an option, I use black vinyl tape from shadowlinetrim to cover the reflectors. My car is Alpine White and I think the black looks nice, but you may prefer the color matched look. Last edited by jwblack750; 04-08-2015 at 11:18 PM.. |

Will do! I just checked the tracking, and they should arrive Friday, so I should be able to post pics this weekend.
What color is your 650? Just curious. Any pics? Here's mine... |

Not convinced about the blacked out front reflectors, but then again, it's yours to love.

This is the link to my onlinestore for the painted reflector.
http://www.rgsportshop.com/index.php..._category=true Installed a few set myself on the F06 M Sport bumper. They are the same as F10 regular / M Sport bumper, also the F06/F12/F13 uses the same one.

Yours looks like a very good match. I had white previously on my F10, but the color wasn't a good match, so it looked worse than the black, in my opinion. Maybe I'll try IND, since I used a different vendor last time.

So, I went with 10mm up front and 15mm in the back. Installed today, and here are the photos...
First one is the only before shot I've included, but you can see the wheels are set in from the fender and aren't flush. The rest are all after shots, and I can take some more if you have something in particular you'd like to see. Lastly, I used a level to show you that the front is exactly flush, and the rear is almost exactly flush. It looks bad ass in person, by the way! |

You guys running spacers are all using the extended bolts right? Also make sure you torque the bolts to 90ft lbs when you install and then check them once a week for 2 weeks to make sure they are 90ft lbs tight. When you install aluminum spacers you need to take these precautions to cover your a$$. Just an fyi.
