Maybe the power trunk will be available. I'm sure it won't be a huge change and very likely still try to find a '14.

I know this may sound sacrilegious but if you're going to buy not lease, need AWD, and are planning on spending 100K why not look at the Audi RS7. You get M6 GC performance for 650 GC price. Unfortunately you should never ever lease an Audi. The money factor is garbage and they deflate the residual. The lease price on an S7 is similar to that of a M6 GC.

If you're going to lease, the 650 is the way to go. If you're going to buy consider the RS7.

I think the S7 is closer in price to the 650GC. The RS7 seems to price out closer to $120. I do agree however regarding Audi lease rates

If you're going to lease, I would use this BMW dealership in Lincoln Nebraska as your bargaining tool. I was a little skeptical because their deals just seemed to good, but I had a friend who actually got a car from them and they are as advertised. I used them as a baseline for my recent purchase and was able to get close to the deal they were advertising at my local dealership.

I believe that they have 1 or 2 650 GC for 1050 per month no money down and they even have an M6 GC for 1340 per month no money down.

I've used Autohaus in St. Louis for my last three purchases. Brett Midgley is the Internet person there and he is a no nonsense type of guy. I have my car delivered to the Performance Delivery Center and pick it up there.

+1, I spoke to the GM at this Nebraska dealer they are the real deal and do stand by their pricing. Ultimately I was able to get a slightly better deal locally

I was thinking about this tonight - are you sure? 2015 will only be the 3rd year for the GC and I would expect the LCI in 2016. The regular 6 however should receive its update in 2015. Thoughts?

Thats what I hear from the dealer....And there are articles out there...The 6er has been out since 2012...So they wouldnt do an LCI on the coupe and not GC...Their 6er orders are done after February 2014, no more allocations for 2014's

I was seriously considering an S7 but they look basically like an A7 and I don't like that. At least the 650GC looks unique plus I love the way it looks. The Panamera I also considered but it's still ehh to me.

I'd rather lease than buy of course and I'd only consider an M6GC if it's a deal I can't pass up. I dig AWD having two Audi's right now.

I need to seat 5 - that knocks out the Panamera and even though the Audi dealer tells me otherwise, I think the S7. I still have the S6 on my shortlist but I'm reading some not so pleasant things about the transmission at low speeds including some incidents of it taking a couple of seconds to engage when you need it most.

That knocks out the GC too, it's definitely a 4+1 and I'd not like to be the 1!

The Panny cannot do 5 at all. The S7 is like the GC in that you can put someone in the middle back but I'd highly not recommend that.

Audi overall is I believe getting alittle comfortable / lazy with their styling at least on the sedans since they are so popular now. I see MB and BMW stepping things up at least in my eyes.

The new Jag F-Type, the GC and the new Vette are the prettiest cars under $100k to me.

I didn't say 5 comfortably I have my two kids and occasional 3rd. So while the GC is not great for that +1 (love that term btw), it at least has a seatbelt for them. No such love on the S7, however a 3 person seat does appear to be available for the A7. I also find the S6/S7 to be incredibly attractive, especially with the black optics package. Still not sure if I can get used to that screen sitting in the middle of the dash all by itself. It is cool that it motors out of the way, but I prefer the integrated look of the GC. I do also really wish that Active Steering was available in the XI. I love that option.

I drive alone most of the time and the GC will be my daily driver. When I do carry folks, it will be my two kids (8 and 7) and they will welcome the extra room.

I'm thinking maybe 6 weeks before I get mine. I already see prices dropping on the ones in stock. Yippee for me.

Well and apologies to Mrrippey for hijacking...

My only fear with the GC is that it is too big - not only too heavy, but too long. I have a lot of tight turns to deal with in my town and I'm afraid I will be clipping corners.

Going from a TT to the GC is going to be pretty difficult. The 'longest' car I've owned was the CL500 and I think the GC is longer.

This was posted by slalomfever on the M6 forum regarding the 2015 LCI model...Passing along info..

"C, you need to update that to a 2015 MY

3/17 is the cutoff date to take delivery in Europe for a 2014. Anything after that will be a 2015. I will keep you posted on what exactly the differences will be. I have sent emails to people from the M division and should expect an answer very soon."
