Strange noise from 640

I noticed this strange noise a few days, then it went away once I went to record it. Today, it hasn't gone away and I am not sure what it could be. It is coming from the rear of the engine on the passenger side.

Car has 14,500~ miles on it at the moment.

Sounds like time for a visit to the dealer.

E-mailed my service advisor last night, said his lead tech is gone until January! But he said to bring it in on Monday and they'll take a look. So lets see what they say is the issue. Hopefully the car isn't a lemon. If it is a lemon, I'd probably get an M5.

Also the low oil warning light came on, saying the car is low a quart of oil. Doesn't happen anymore.

Dropped it off at the dealership yesterday. Told them I am going on a business trip, so told them to take their time. Hopefully they can figure it out.

Got a call yesterday. Said they found a couple of faults in the system for the iDrive and the engine. SA said the video is perfect, and this is the first time they have seen anything like this. Said there will be a regional rep in next week, so I think I'm getting my car back next year.

So they are replacing the entire turbo/wastegate assembly. Said that BMW is holding onto the part, but should be there sometime next week.

Should I ask to get another loaner? Currently in a 320i. It isn't bad, but I don't like visiting clients with it.

Update: Picked up my car today from BMW dealership. Going back first thing tomorrow.

After having the turbo and electronic wastegate replaced, it is making the same noise. And there is a new rattle from under the car, maybe a heat shield? I am not sure.

I drove the car maybe for 30-40 mins. I picked it up and it drove fine earlier.
