Anyone have the residual for July? The 2016's have been out for months and the bmw website still only lists the 2015's in lease offers.

I just read that this is as follows

53/55/56 % on 15/12/10k miles

Also (I'm awaiting confirmation from dealers that this applies on the 2016) that there is a 4K incentive on all m6 and 7 series models!

I am pretty sure all of that including the residuals apply only to the 2015's. At least that is how it was last month.

But if the residual went up by a percent and added the $4k build out cash for the 2016's, I will be a happy man.

As soon as I hear anything concrete I'll update here.

Please do if you hear before I do- I've yet to lock in a rate considering how meh the incentives have been.

I put down 49k (deposit)since I was quoted that for a two year single pay lease, however- I would sure love to get some money back
