Couple more shots from the Cars and Coffee gathering today. It's tough to get a "cool looking" shot of the air scoops because the sun has to be blazing right towards the kidneys for the scoops to show up good in a picture. I should get creative and drop some little key chain LED lights in the grill area to put light and focus on the scoops (hmmm).

I included a diffuser shot as well below. The chrome tips kind of bother me so the mufflers will be going to the powder coating shop in a few weeks to have the tips powder coated matte black or satin black.

I have the new Vorsteiner front lip on order and I might put back on the side blades if the building owner fixes the darn parking garage exit (or I just find new office space to lease).

As always... Work in progress... Work in progress.

Love it, Brian! I agree, once the tips get PC'ed, it will make the rear look so mean and clean! Love the front shot of the grills with the Scoops behind. Well done pal!

Very sweet ride. Congrats.

Quick question, do you get any codes or check engine light from no cats?

Yes, check engine light is always on. To my knowledge there is no way to get rid of it. Given the sound the exhaust makes with no cats vs. the check engine light being on I can live with the check engine light being on.

There should be a CEL delete kit somewhere for our cars.

If you can find one please let me know. I've looked high and low for one and cannot come up with anything. I stopped looking about 2 months ago though so maybe something has come out since then.

I know the guys over at PPPerformance include the CEL delete in their software (whatever their 'software' is) but I wouldn't use PPPerformance as there is no support in the US right now.

I went back and forth with the guy over at o2simulator.com for months, we actually went through 6-7 revisions of his smart simulator and couldn't get it to work. He was open to keep trying but the car started throwing weird errors like my Blind Spot detection feature disabled itself and I just stopped trying after that happened.

I prefer it wasn't there but I drive with traction control off all the time so the two orange lights on the dash are normal to me now. LOL.
