I have been trying to find out which Garrett turbo BMW is using. Garrett has a bunch of great info on their website but so far I have not been able to identify the ones used on the S63TU engine. I guess they could be a special one just for BMW but that just doesn't seem likely. Does anyone know which model is used on our cars?

WOW Brian!

I am amazed at the number of performance mods you have done and are planning yet to come!

Humbled just reading the progress here ... makes my thoughts of just going catless and Dinan tune seem very novice ... after the carbon fibre, rims and rubber I have already done!

Can't wait to read more, see the stats, and hear the GROWL as you progress forward!

We did have a question re going catless on the catless thread!

I am positive that the turbos are unique to BMW, if you look at the turbos you can see they are different left and right, the exhaust input and output are also quite unique and different to their generic fit any car turbos. Because of this they won't show as standard models, however the turbine and compressor wheels might be from other turbos in the range. Do we know the dimensions of the wheels?
