Yes. If I can't have manual transmission, then electric is much more attractive. Facing that now, actually. I had about resigned myself to a 550 as my next car (2 kids now, and while I love them, they'll carry the guilt of my first automatic transmission forever, I'm sure), but just realized that nothing but the Ms come with a stick. And I'm having trouble reconciling that premium. Maybe I'll get there, but it's tough.
