More 2012 6-series Convertible Spotted
Reported on BIMMERPOST HOMEPAGE.
The upcoming 6-series has been one of the most frequently spied future BMWs as it's one of the BMW models that will be revealed in the next few months (Winter of 2010/2011). This is the first time a blue convertible has been spotted and also some of the best photos yet of the grill/duct work of the front bumper. The profile shot shows off the incredibly sleek silhouette that the F13 6-series convertible will have. Follow our full 6-series coverage here: http://www.bimmerpost.com/6-series/

The car looks really long...wonder how much the wheelbase went up? Don't know..might be too big for the traditional 6 series buyer

assumably the 650 with its 407HP lots of torque and 8 gears will not be much slower than the actual M6, i am still woundering which one it should be in the end...

I don't think the wheelbase has increased expontentially...I think it's the proportions; the roofline looks squatter and the front overhang is humongous now.

I think you are right, the roof looks to have been lowered. The car has always been quite large, no need to stretch the wheelbase.

Looks like we may have ourselves a proper looking 6 series here.
Also glad to see a soft top.

All I know is that this thing will look beyond sick compared to its competition.

Hopefully they give extra attention on the look for the rear end/ bumper. Jeremy Clarkson said that the rear looked as if the designer suddenly died before he could complete the design.
Otherwise it's lookin good so far.

Judging by the Gran Coupe concept, I don't think we'll be disapointed.
