Competitive Package for the 2014

I am in the process of purchasing a 2014 M6 convertible. The dealer (non-BMW) doesn't show that it has the Competitive Package, but I think it might. It has 20 inch wheels and the black chrome exhaust tips. Is there a way to tell from the VIN or another way to see if it has this package? If it has this package and the dealer is not factoring it into the price, this could end up being a bargain purchase for me. Thanks.

Post the last 7 of the VIN and it should say if you read down the option list.
