The heavy steering wheel is kind of gain. I am saying will the wider rim and tire rub the inside plastic part near suspension area?

Guys, my research shows that changing to the M6 GC 433s compared to MSport 373s will lead to the following:

FRONT
11mm less inner clearance (0.43")
Extend 15mm on the outer exterior (0.59")

REAR:
6mm MORE inner clearance, (0.24")
However, Extends 44mm on the outer exterior (1.73")!!!
The rear is a bit wide here....

FYI, the M5/M6 343s are a slightly better fit:
FRONT
7mm less inner clearance (0.28")
Extend 5mm exterior (0.2")
REAR
3mm less inner clearance (0.12")
Extend 23mm on exterior (0.9")

I like the 433s, but the rear are really wide to begin with 10.5" versus original 9" AND they extend out 1.73"...maybe should go with the 343s, or save money and stick with the MSport 373s!!!

WTF! I thought this life event chapter was close. Woke this morning and they tried to steal this one too after just replacing it. This is getting out of hand. It's so damn upsetting.

Not sure why he didn't just steal it when he was just half way into it.

I suppose! The only monopoly parking lot around my area wants to charge me $350+18% fee a month. All other parking lot are in 6 blocks away radius distance and they know this.

I have been parking in River Side Drive for 12 years with heavy modified 3,5,x5 and x6 series and never had a incident beside a broken window on my 5 series because left iPod on top of dash. I guess time have change.

I will probably park there for a couple of months in hope for things to cool off! Very upsetting to wake up to stuff like this.

Not sure why would anyone wants to steal a 6 series spoiler. It's not a direct fit on 3,5,7 series or on other car manufacture (Toyota..etc).

Garage List
I told you to sleep in the car if you insist on parking on RSD.
And if you're a Manhattan resident you get a discount on the parking tax by filing residency forms (not a huge savings but decreases the 18% to ~8%)

OPs, sorry to see that again. It seems like NY gets more mad people than Toronto. I parked my car at one subway transfer parking lot around one week. Nothing bad really, only some fingerprints on the windows.

Well my math tells me (2) months. It's cheaper to park in the street. 12 month of parking $350 = $4200.00 a year. Still enough money to paint the whole car TWO TIMES and buy a few aftermarket spoiler.

Just be careful, ARam. You definitely have a car stalker watching your block. Now that the weather is getting nicer in the city, it might be a good idea to park a few blocks away, in a more active area, if you don't want to spend the money for parking in the lot. That way you might lose the stalker by makinf it difficult to locate your car, and put your car in a more public view that may deter the stalker because they may shy away from commiting the atrocious act of damaging your car while witnesses watch.

Parknig is always brutal in the city... I would not want to park on the street overnight out there because not only do you have to deal with the thieves, but also the people who like to park by brail... if you know what I mean.

I hope you catch that idiot.

Thanks for your suggestion! I have been told the same and i have started to park on different street. I'm also considering paying for parking for 3 months in hope for things to cool-off.

Set up a camera so you can figure out who did it also he seemed to struggle to get this one off so maybe he has given up? I dont understand why someone would steal it.. but i just saw pics of your car i suggest you do park it in the garage its a very very beautiful car to be left on the street

Hello Aram,

Do you have any idea where exactly tire rubbing? If its inside, then maybe i have solution

Can you check it,please..there must be some marks, when tire touch inside plastic.

However,i think that solution might be slightly narrow tires..maybe size 275,rear tire.
