vanos exhaust looked at 120 degrees

Hi everybody !!!

I've little problem with my 650i e63 from 12/2006
since 1 month, i feel little rough and hesitation of engine when i take off or when i want accelerate from 1200 to 3000 rpm

so i've read some post talking about this problem, in particularity the great post named " Looks like i Finally discovered BMW V8 secret!!!"

so i have cleaning 4 vanos solenoids and inverted bank 1 to 2 and vice versa.
i've cleaned camshaft sensor on bank 1 and bank 2 and put new seals

after replace all part in engine, i test car and smell good difference, more torque at take off, but always little rough idle.

So with INPA, i've check camshaft position, and see the exhaust stay at 120° when the car ask 4.99 during idle and 100° for intake, car want 40°

When i press wish, exhaust move 105° but car want 45...

No error in DME, never had any error from vanos, never had any error in dme.

I try RAM backup with Tools32 and i've listenning car activate many actuator, but no change in INPA

Anyone have an idea ?

I doing adaptation reset and is better but always at vanos screen, it's not like it's should be
