Profile not moving my seat into position

Hi all wise ones!
Yesterday I set my fiancé up with a drivers profile on the 2nd key of my 640d. When unlocking with her key, everything happens as it should: seat moves into position, crappy radio stations loaded, etc...

But after locking (with her key) and unlocking with my key: my profile is loaded up, sure, but the drivers seat does not move. My profile is loaded, but I have to press one of my seat buttons to even be able to get in the car (there's quite a height discrepancy between us!). On both profiles, we have the last seat position box checked under the 'doors' settings.

Am I doing something wrong?
